On the Ground Floor a modern kitchen unit and a gas hob with electric oven are located
at one end of the stripped pine-floored room, which is now a combined kitchen lounge.
At the other end there is a stone open-fireplace complete with a log-grate and a
300 year old oak lintel. This room has a 3 piece suite and a large pine dining table
as well as a microwave oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD and
ample cutlery, crockery and utensils.
The FIRST FLOOR MAIN BEDROOM offers a double bed, dressing table and plenty of storage
space. A spacious BATHROOM with WC leads off the same landing as does the separate
SHOWER ROOM which, along with the second WC outside, should cut down any feet shifting
when the bathroom is occupied.
The TWO SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS offer a tiptoe glimpse of the sea with the “Yellow
Room” having a double bed while the “Blue Room” has 3 single beds. Both have good
storage space.
The south-facing garden is 3-tiered and overlooks a beck and fields beyond. The first
tier, which is directly across from the front entrance, has garden chairs and table.
It acts as a sun-trap but the outbuildings provide shelter should rain-dancing be
more appropriate.
