ABBOTSBURY: Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Robin Hood’s Bay

High Season: (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays, July and August, and Half Terms)
- £810 per week,

Other periods: £560 per week.

Weekend & mid-week breaks from £405.

Other rates available on Request.

Full weeks are normally Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival from 3pm. Departure by 10.30am unless by arrangement with the caretaker.
After telephone confirmation, your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a non-returnable deposit of £250 per week.
Payment of the balance is required one month before the start of the holiday.
If, in the event of cancellation, we are unable to fill the particular time slot, the monies paid are non-returnable. Please be advised to insure against this eventuality.

Ground Floor: Combined kitchen/lounge with stripped wooden floor. At one end there’s a large pine dining table and a well equipped kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, fridge-freezer & combination microwave. At the other end, 2 settees, TV, DVD player and a CD/radio/Ipod docking station. Cosy and comfortable, it enjoys the benefit of gas central heating together with a woodburning stove

1st Floor: Main bedroom with double bed. Shower room. Spacious family bathroom and WC. If this is occupied, a second WC is located outside in the garden (cuts down on any feet shuffling).

2nd floor: One room with double bed, one room with 3 single beds. Both offer a tiptoe glimpse of the sea.

Unusually for the old village, Abbotsbury has a secluded, 3-tiered patio garden directly across from the front entrance, overlooking King’s beck and the grassy bankside beyond. The first tier has a table and chairs. It is a real sun trap but outbuildings provide shelter should rain-dancing be more appropriate.
