A deposit of £100.00 is requred on booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival.

This bright and spacious traditional cottage can easily sleep up to seven people in three bedrooms.

While the facilities, including full gas central- heating, have taken over 291 years to be brought fully up-to-date, the beach still remains only 250 yards away.  Within the same distance can be found four of the six local pubs and restaurants serving good food and drink as well as various tearooms, cafes, book and gift shops, a newsagents and a General Store.

There are two public car parks at the top of the Bank but there is off-loading in New Road, 30 yards away. The car parks are free from November to February.
